Most boys develop an idolization of their fathers. They will always imitate their father since they aspire to be just like him.

Both Bryant and Curry’s fathers had prosperous NBA careers, therefore they both hail from basketball families. While some fathers are blessed with the ability to consistently outperform their children in sports, Joe Bryant and Dell Curry just do not have that luxury.
Given how much money their children make, they most likely do not want it either.

There are more father-son teams that have played in the NBA besides these two incredible players. Professional basketball has a long history of progenies, so perhaps Bryant and Curry are not even the most prominent family in the history of the league.
