Bart Scott went on a rant about Parsons during a recent episode of the ESPN show GetUp.
The Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons is currently one of the best defensive players in the league. He has been dominating the league ever since his rookie year. No one can deny that Parsons is the top 3 edge rusher in the league. Still, ESPN analyst Bart Scott launched a brutal verbal attack on Parsons and questions his leadership ability.
During a recent episode of the ESPN show GetUp, the former Baltimore Ravens linebacker sounded off on Micah Parsons. He claimed the Cowboys’ edge rusher is lacking leadership despite being a great player.
He’s lacking leadership, right? He doesn’t understand what winning in this league is all about. He needs to go to a leadership school and learn how to lead by example and quit talking so much and being so damn sensitive.

Scott then continued his rant by calling the 2-time All-Pro linebacker the ‘most sensitive guy’ he has ever seen. The ESPN analyst advised Parsons to learn how to be a leader instead of wasting his time by replying to every criticism on social media.
You’re a linebacker. That’s supposed to be a tough guy spot. He’s the most sensitive guy I’ve ever seen. He responds to everything. Get off of social media, quit tweeting, quit talking about responding, and go about your business, man.

Scott continued his rant for nearly 2 minutes and ripped Parsons. He ended his rant by telling Parsons to log off social media and to seek advice from great players like Emmitt Smith instead of responding to their criticism online. Scott believes the Cowboys need a real leader, and he believes the 3-time Pro Bowler is not doing his job correctly.

Micah Parsons shows leadership by telling Jerry Jones what the Cowboys need to win the Super Bowl
Bart Scott might doubt the Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons’ leadership ability. But Parsons is doing everything in his power to lead the Dallas-based football team to a Super Bowl title.

During his recent appearance on The Stephen A. Smith Show, Parsons disclosed how he told the Cowboys owner Jerry Jones what they needed to win the championship next season.
Parsons told Jones that they needed a good linebacker corps and a nasty 300-pound defensive line in the middle. The star linebacker believes all the teams that played in the conference championship games had those players.
Well, Jones and his team will be working overtime ahead of free agency and draft to add the missing pieces to their roster. They have many needs to address, and a linebacker might be one of their top priorities.
