Taylor Swift continues to reign as the queen of vinyl in the United States, with no one coming close to matching her success when it comes to records.

She almost always makes history when she has a new album out, as fans will buy the set in droves. Even her older collections regularly move impressive sums on the once-dead format, which is exactly what’s happening this week in America.

On this week’s Vinyl Albums chart, Billboard’s ranking of the bestselling titles on the format, Swift leads again. That’s nothing new for the list or the star herself, but her performance on the tally this frame is noteworthy.

Swift replaces herself at No. 1 on the Vinyl Albums chart, trading one winner for another. This time around, Folklore rises to the highest spot, climbing from the runner-up rung.

The Grammy-winning album has now lived in the penthouse on this specific ranking for a total of five weeks. That’s a healthy sum, but considering it has been present on the Vinyl Albums chart for 145 total frames, it has spent only a fraction of its life on top.

Last week’s winner, 1989 (Taylor’s Version), dips slightly to No. 2 on the latest Vinyl Albums chart. That set, released in the latter half of 2023, has now racked up a dozen turns at No. 1 throughout its 17 frames on the ranking.

In addition to both Folklore and 1989 (Taylor’s Version), Swift claims quite a bit of real estate on the Vinyl Albums chart. She fills two more spots inside the top 10 alone, in fact.

This frame, Lover falls from No. 3 to No. 5, while Midnights declines from No. 4 to No. 8. Two more titles, Evermore (No. 11) and Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) (No. 13), are also present on the list.
